1. Who we are

Which Distributor (“the Service”) is operated by R-RISING TECHNOLOGIES LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17176393, with its registered office at Cheth House, Valley Lane, Thorney Hill, Bransgore, Dorset BH23 8DX, United Kingdom. 2. What the Service does

The Service asks you a series of questions about your music, goals and situation, and produces educational guidance and a comparison of music distributors that may fit your circumstances. The Service is informational and educational in nature. It is a recommendation and guidance tool — not professional, legal, financial or business advice.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Our suggestions are based on the information you provide and on publicly available information about distributors. We do not control any third-party distributor. We do not guarantee that any distributor will accept you, that it will perform in any particular way, or that using any distributor will produce any particular result, revenue or outcome. Decisions you make based on the Service are your own responsibility.

4. Purchases, access and pricing

The full report is available for a one-time purchase of £3.99 (GBP), which provides 30 days of access to your full report. This is a one-off purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal — you will not be charged again unless you choose to make a new purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under applicable consumer-protection and digital-content law. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds and cancellations are handled.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or withdraw access where the Service is misused.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, comparison logic, quiz and recommendation logic, written guidance, branding, design and content, is protected as described in our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy. You retain ownership of the information you submit.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the educational guidance provided. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised.
